Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in from 1:00 PM; check-out by 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability, please request in advance.

Children

Children aged 0–8 stay free. Guests aged 9 and above are charged at adult rates. Extra mattresses are available on a chargeable basis.

Advance Payment

A 20% advance is required to confirm a reservation. The balance is settled at the hotel.

Cancellation & No-Show

Cancellations or no-shows within 72 hours of check-in are charged 100%. The advance is non-refundable but may be applied to a future booking. In the case of a medical emergency, a refund may be considered with proper documentation.

Taxes

Applicable Government taxes (GST, currently 5%) are charged as per prevailing rates.

Pets

We are unable to accommodate pets at this time.
