Check-in is from 1 PM and check-out is before 11 AM. Our front desk is open from 7 AM to 10 PM to greet you on arrival.

We offer A-frame cottages in 4 categories: Standard Duplex Room, Standard Deluxe Room, Luxury Suite Duplex Room, and Family Room (interconnected), each with a lake view. See the full breakdown on the Rooms page.

The Hut serves a buffet breakfast (8–10 AM) and à la carte lunch (1–2:30 PM) and dinner (7:30–9:30 PM), spanning Indian, Chinese, tandoor, and local Coorg dishes (on pre-order). Room service runs 6 AM–11 PM. Alcohol is not served. More on the Dining page.

Guests enjoy an outdoor pool with a baby pool (7 AM–7 PM) and fish & duck feeding (8 AM–6 PM). There is also a complimentary bonfire with stargazing on alternate evenings (weather permitting), and self-guided plantation walks. See all of it on the Facilities page.

Yes. We have 2 lakeside venues, an open hall with a stage for up to 220 guests and a semi-outdoor lakeside hall for up to 200. Chairs, tables, Wi-Fi, and AV can be arranged. Details on the Meetings & Events page.

Children are very welcome. Children aged 0–8 stay free; guests aged 9 and above are charged at adult rates. Extra mattresses are available on a chargeable basis. Do let us know your party in advance.

A 20% advance confirms your booking, and a cancellation or no-show inside the final 72 hours before arrival is charged in full. Refund terms for documented medical emergencies are on the Policies page.
