Check-in is from 1:00 PM and check-out is before 11:00 AM. Our front desk is staffed around the clock to greet you on arrival.

We offer eight A-frame cottages across four categories, Standard Duplex, Standard Deluxe, Luxury Suite Duplex and Family Room (interconnected), ranging from 320 sq.ft to 1,000 sq.ft and sleeping up to 10. See the full breakdown on the Rooms page.

The Hut serves a buffet breakfast (8–10 AM) and à la carte lunch (1–2:30 PM) and dinner (7:30–9:30 PM), spanning Indian, Chinese, tandoor and local Coorg dishes (on pre-order). In-room dining runs 6 AM–11 PM. Alcohol is not served. More on the Dining page.

Guests enjoy an outdoor pool with a baby pool (7 AM–7 PM), fish & duck feeding (8 AM–6 PM), complimentary bonfire and stargazing on alternate evenings (weather permitting), and self-guided plantation walks. See all of it on the Facilities page.

Yes. We have two lakeside venues, an open hall with a stage for up to 220 guests and an indoor lakeside hall for up to 200. Chairs, tables, Wi-Fi and AV can be arranged. Details on the Meetings & Events page.

Yes, complimentary parking and Wi-Fi are included for all guests.

Children are very welcome. Children aged 0–8 stay free; guests aged 9 and above are charged at adult rates. Extra mattresses are available on a chargeable basis, do let us know your party in advance.

A 20% advance confirms your booking. Cancellations or no-shows within 72 hours of check-in are charged 100%; the advance is non-refundable but can be applied to a future stay. Refunds are considered for documented medical emergencies. Full details on the Policies page.
